1. The setting time is normal. Its quick hydrating and hardening property makes high strength in short time. Its strength can reach 30 Mpa in 6 hours after hydrating, and 50 Mpa in 24 hours.
2. It is an ideal binder for rapid hardening and high strength low cement cas-tables.
3. It is also suitable for high alumina or fire-claylow-cement refractor castables unsed under 1450 ℃.
4. Its price is much lower than pure calium aluminate so that it can makes the cost lower.
5. It needs moisture proof protection and can be used at least within six months if it is stored under dry condition.
